Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Responds to requests for cleaning and/or basic maintenance throughout the property.
• Observes and reports conditions that require attention and/or repair.
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness for public areas of the property.

Required Skills And Abilities

• Removes trash to appropriate areas.
• Utilizes assigned equipment including vacuums, trash compactors, and carpet shampoos.
• Maintains inventory of custodial supplies.
• Effectively uses safety equipment and follows all safety and health procedures when using chemicals and other equipment.
• Performs other jobs as assigned by management.
• Required to lift up to 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

May need to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects. The work requires physical exertion such as climbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting. The environment may involve prolonged loud noise and close quarters.
