Job summary

avid hotel West Chester is seeking a reliable Part-Time Housekeeper/Room Attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms and public spaces. You will clean, sanitize, and restock, ensuring beds are made and bathrooms sparkling, while upholding brand standards.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and physical stamina to lift and push carts. Weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) are mandatory, and prior hotel housekeeping is a plus but training is provided.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a steady pace throughout the shift.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, push a linen cart, and lift up to 25-30 lbs.
• Reliable attendance for mandatory weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and supply assigned guest rooms according to brand standards (making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms).
• Replenish room amenities, linens, and towels.
• Maintain guest corridors, supply carts, and housekeeping storage closets.
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Handle guest requests warmly and efficiently.
