Job summary

Hampshire Regional YMCA is seeking custodial and facilities staff to keep YMCA facilities clean, safe, and ready for daily operations and events. The role involves cleaning, supply replenishment, event setup, and responding to custodial needs with clear communication to supervisors.

Qualified candidates will have hands-on cleaning experience, basic maintenance skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in cleaning and maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, clean, and attractive YMCA facilities through cleaning tasks and supplies replenishment.
• Assist with setup of facilities for events and respond to custodial emergencies as directed.
• Provide status updates to facility managers and work following supervisor directions.
• Work flexible weekday afternoons/evenings and weekend mornings as required.
