Yona Solutions is seeking a friendly Housekeeper to join our team in Moore Park, Michigan. You will provide warm hospitality through clean, safe environments for residents and staff, following established guidelines and daily routines.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions regarding cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents and personnel.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restock assigned areas such as rooms, bathrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Maintain daily work assignments and duties.
• Follow safety and regulatory guidelines in cleaning tasks.
• Follow procedures for daily cleaning and additional steps as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and restocks all assigned areas such as resident rooms, bathrooms, offices, clinical areas, conference rooms, nurses’ stations, stairwells, etc., according to departmental standards and guidelines
• Maintains work assignment sheets for daily duties in assigned areas
• Follows safe workplace practices according to regulatory guidelines
• Follows departmental procedures for the daily cleaning procedures and any additional steps as outlined on the job assignment
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfecting solutions, etc
• Ability to work independently
• Possess flexibility, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively with the residents and personnel
• Must provide a criminal background check
• Housekeeping experience is a plus
