Job summary

Village Point in Monroe Township, NJ is seeking Housekeepers to join our team. The Housekeepers maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for residents within the Springpoint Senior Living Community.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and community areas, following schedules, and ensuring personal and environmental safety. Minimum age 18 with 1 year of housekeeping preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be a minimum 18 years of age.

Village Point is seeking Housekeepers to join our team!

Village Point is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Monroe Twp, NJ. At Springpoint, our Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and comfortable environment for residents within the Community.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Ensure that work/cleaning schedules are followed.
• Routine cleaning of resident rooms (e.g. sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, empty trash baskets, etc.).
• Scour and polish all bathroom apparatus.
• Clean, sanitize, dust, and vacuum all areas of the community daily.
• Assume responsibility for personal safety and environmental safety.
• Follow all safety procedures of the department and community.
• Keep utility and storage areas in good order and clean.
• Honor the residents’ personal and property rights.

Education and Experience:

• 1 Year of Housekeeping experience is preferred
• Must be a minimum 18 years of age

Salary Range: $16.50 - $17.94/hour
