Yona Solutions in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain clean and welcoming spaces for residents, visitors, and staff.

Experience is not required, but preferred. The role involves cleaning resident rooms and common areas, restocking supplies, and following safety guidelines. You will work independently with a strong work ethic and integrity to support a positive environment.

Training provided; opportunities for growth exist within the organization.

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Must provide a criminal background check.
• Housekeeping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Cleans and restocks all assigned areas such as resident rooms, bathrooms, offices, clinical areas, conference rooms, nurses' stations, stairwells, etc., according to departmental standards and guidelines
• Maintains work assignment sheets for daily duties in assigned areas
• Follows safe workplace practices according to regulatory guidelines
• Follows departmental procedures for the daily cleaning procedures and any additional steps as outlined on the job assignment
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfecting solutions, etc
• Ability to work independently
• Possess flexibility, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively with the residents and personnel
• Must provide a criminal background check
• Housekeeping experience is a plus
