Lifespace Communities is seeking an Environmental Services teammate at Newcastle Place in Mequon, Wisconsin. You will clean assigned resident homes and common areas, disinfect bathrooms, dust surfaces, and maintain organized supply carts while following safety and infection-control practices.

No educational background or prior experience is required; a willingness to learn is all you need. This hourly role offers a supportive team and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven organization.

Responsabilidades

• Clean assigned resident homes and common community areas, including disinfection of washrooms, floors, and dusting.
• Care for residents' belongings during cleaning, organizing, and storing.
• Prepare rooms quickly for new occupants after transfers or discharges.
• Keep a stocked, organized work cart and ensure chemicals are labeled and stored properly.
• Follow isolation and infection-control guidelines during cleaning tasks.
• Request supplies and confirm chemical labeling and storage are correct.

A few details about the role:

• Clean assigned resident homes and common community areas to include cleaning and disinfecting washrooms, cleaning floors and dusting.
• Deliver appropriate care of residents’ belongings for purposes of cleaning, organizing, and storing.
• Execute timely cleaning duties when a resident has been transferred, moved out or discharged, and prepare rooms quickly and efficiently for new occupant.
• Always maintain an organized and stocked work cart while ensuring that chemicals are properly labeled and stored, and the work cart is locked when in common areas or while unattended.
• Follow cleaning practices for isolation rooms using appropriate infection control and isolation guidelines as indicated by department cleaning procedures.
• Initiate request for supplies and equipment needs to supervisor, as well as confirm chemicals are labeled and stored correctly.
