Stellar Senior Living in Marana, AZ is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for memory care. You will maintain clean living areas, support residents, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for seniors and their families.

The role offers competitive pay of $17–$18 per hour, benefits including medical/dental/vision, paid time off, 401k, and opportunities for advancement; free meals, and on-demand pay are also provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning in a care, hotel or similar setting is preferred.

Job Description

Our housekeepers keep our residents living areas clean and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant, detail-oriented and friendly and LOVE seniors.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a stocked cleaning cart with needed items.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and respect for the rights, dignity, and individuality of each resident in all interactions.
• Cleans (dust, dry mop, wet mop, sanitize, scrub) assigned resident apartments and common areas daily according to facility procedures.
• Respects resident’s privacy and preferences about room arrangement, personal items.
• Disposes of trash and waste, other materials in a safe manner using identified precautions for any contaminated materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in house, office or hotel cleaning preferred.
• Ability to follow cleaning products instructions
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• A record of punctuality and reliability
• Ability to pass a background check
