Paycom - ATS is seeking staff to maintain clean resident apartments and common areas at Heritage Woods of Manteno in Manteno, IL. The role emphasizes safety, compassion, and dignity in all interactions, with opportunities for ongoing professional development.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, with preferred experience in Assisted Living and exceptional communication abilities to support residents and team members alike.

Job Details:

Job Location: Heritage Woods of Manteno - Manteno, IL 60950, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.50 Hourly.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains clean resident apartments and common areas, fostering a welcoming environment


• Adheres to chemical safety protocols to guarantee the safety of residents and team members


• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction


• Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred


• Prior Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred


• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills


• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
