Job summary

Briar-Place-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. You'll follow cleaning schedules, sanitize rooms, common areas, and dining spaces, and help preserve a sanitary facility that supports daily life.

This role reports to the Director of Environmental Services and offers flexible full-time or part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily cleaning schedules and instructions with efficiency and attention to detail
• Clean and maintain resident rooms, restrooms, common areas, and dining spaces
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces to meet hygiene and safety standards
• Stock paper products and supplies throughout the facility
• Maintain and care for housekeeping tools and equipment
• Support other departments when needed—teamwork makes the dream work!
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and staff
• Report any safety concerns or hazards promptly
• Follow all infection control protocols and comply with state/federal regulations
• Demonstrate pride in your work and a positive, professional attitude

As a valued member of our Environmental Services team, you\u2019ll maintain assigned areas of the facility in a sanitary, organized, and inviting conditionmaking a real difference in the everyday lives of those we serve.
