Job summary

Oakmont of Lodi, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for a full-time position (Sunday through Thursday). You will clean resident apartments, public areas, and laundry for residents and the community, while delivering friendly, courteous service in line with our mission and values.

The ideal candidate has prior housekeeping or janitorial experience, is at least 18, and holds a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and meet their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with staff, physicians, residents and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including TB.
• Vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning all resident apartments, public areas, common areas, and work areas and doing laundry for both the residents and the community in a friendly, courteous manner, in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities:

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
