Job summary

Raintree Village in Lincoln, NE is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain a sanitary, infection-free environment across the facility. This role is essential to the team and requires attention to detail, reliability and a willingness to perform routine cleaning tasks.

You will operate vacuums and shampooers, handle damp areas, use PPE, and support residents with respectful service while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Maintains facility cleanliness and sanitation.
• Willing to work in damp, dusty areas and handle cleaning chemicals.
• Follows PPE guidelines to protect self and residents.

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanized cleaning equipment (vacuum, shampooers).
• Work in damp, dusty areas and clean up waste when needed.
• Handle cleaning solvents and wear PPE as required.
• Assist residents with reasonable requests when appropriate.

Role

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team! This position is critical to our mission and is responsible for maintaining the facility’s general cleanliness to maintain a sanitary and infection-free condition.

Responsibilities

• Operate various mechanized cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and shampooers.
• Requires working in damp, dusty and dirty areas. At times must clean up human waste and other body fluids, as needed.
• Handles various cleaning solvents and chemicals and is required to use the proper personal protection equipment (PPE).
• May be asked to fulfill various resident requests within reason.
