Job summary

Spring Gardens Assisted Living in Lehi, UT is seeking housekeepers to join our team. We offer weekday shifts and a supportive, resident-focused work environment within a larger organization.

You will maintain cleanliness and sanitation in resident rooms and community areas, following established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a high standard of care for our residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare housekeeping is a plus.
• Experience in customer service is highly desired.
• Upbeat and positive team player attitude.
• Strong judgment and solutions-oriented.
• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.

Responsibilities

• Cleans/polishes furnishings, fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling units, etc., in residents’ rooms, and the community’s living/recreational areas, etc., as instructed.
• Cleans, washes, sanitizes and/or polishes bathroom fixtures and ensures that all water marks are removed from fixtures.
• Cleans floors, to include: sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting etc., as instructed, and always ensures that CAUTION/SAFETY signs are properly set-up PRIOR to performing such duties.
• Cleans carpets, to include: vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting, as instructed.
• Cleans walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing etc., as instructed.
• Removes dirt, dust, grease, film etc., from surfaces using proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions.
• Cleans hallways as necessary or instructed.
• Disposes of waste/trash into proper containers and re-lines trash receptacles with plastic liners.
