Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring a Housekeeper in Leavenworth, WA. You will clean resort offices, clubhouses, cabins, and rental units, maintaining cleanliness in all common areas and assisting with guest-related requests.

Responsibilities include inventory control for cleaning supplies, reporting maintenance needs, and supporting the resort team to ensure seamless guest experiences. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in housekeeping are preferred, with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort office, clubhouse, public areas, models, cabins and rentals.
• Maintain rentals and common areas to company standards.
• Track cleaning supplies and request refills as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other team members as needed.
• Help with resort-sponsored guest events and functions.
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Resolve guest-related problems with a positive attitude.
• Possibly drive a motorized vehicle for errands or supplies.
• Collaborate with management to ensure team coordination and open communication.
• Provide outstanding customer service.

What you'll do:

• Housekeepers clean the resort office, clubhouse, public access areas and models as directed, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming and removing trash.
• Housekeepers also clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
• Keep rentals and common areas clean and maintain them to our standards.
• Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
• Report any maintenance concerns for repairs in common areas, vacant or rental homes to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• As a housekeeper you will also assist the maintenance staff and other staff members as needed.
• Assist with cleaning up resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
• Assist your Resort Manager in responding to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner and with patience and concern.
• Solve guest-related problems and address conflicts with a positive attitude.
• Housekeepers may also drive a motorized vehicle to run errands and/or pick up supplies as needed.
• Work closely with management and the management staff to maintain open communications and make sure that the resort team is integrated and coordinated.
• Provide outstanding customer service.

Experience & skills you need:

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Organizational skills and attention to details.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation:

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of CA, CO, IL, MD, MN, NY, and WA is: Hourly: $16.66 - $16.66. The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
