Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Housekeeper to clean resident apartments, public areas, and laundry duties in a respectful, resident‑focused setting. You will help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff on a Sunday through Thursday shift from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

The role requires 18+ years old with prior housekeeping or janitorial experience, excellent customer service, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including TB Tests.
• Vaccination/testing/ PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments as directed.
• Clean all public areas common areas and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff residents and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co workers and other departments.
