Job summary

Concord Place Memory Care is seeking a dedicated custodian to perform cleaning and housekeeping for residents, maintaining safe, clean common areas, halls, and rooms.

Under supervision, you will sweep, mop, dust, and use basic cleaning equipment, ensuring resident well-being and a pleasant environment for all who live, visit, and work here.

Qualifications

• Custodial/housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to perform cleaning duties for residents and common areas.
• Reliable and able to follow safety and cleanliness protocols.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors in resident areas and common spaces.
• Dust surfaces, clean bathrooms, and maintain cleanliness across the community.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF POSITION

Under general supervision, performs a variety of custodial/housekeeping duties for residents; sweeps, mops and uses vacuum cleaners to clean floors; dusting, cleaning bathroom fixtures and floors.
