• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience, preferably in apartments or hotels.
• Ability to stay active throughout your shift.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartments, hallways, restrooms, and common areas clean.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize regularly.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain apartments, hallways, restrooms, and common areas to keep them clean and guest-ready
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize on a regular schedule
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Keep supply closets organized and well-stocked
• Work independently while managing your cleaning assignments efficiently
• Contribute to a clean, welcoming environment residents can count on

What We’re Looking For

• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience (apartment or hotel experience preferred)
• A strong eye for detail and a “clean as you go” mindset
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
