Job summary

Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to ensure every guest room meets Hyatt's high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. You will play a key role in delivering a welcoming environment for guests from check-in to check-out.

This full-time, hourly position requires open availability including weekends and holidays. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental insurance after 30 days, 401(k) with company match, meals, parking, and a path for career growth across Hyatt's global

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with guests
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight
• Attention to detail and good time management
• Previous hotel cleaning experience preferred
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and/or reach for the duration of the shift

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to Hyatt brand standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish towels and amenities, dust, mop, and vacuum.
• Report maintenance concerns and guest items left behind.
• Use a mobile device to manage your daily room assignments.
• Keep housekeeping equipment clean and organized.
• Work closely with fellow housekeeping colleagues while providing friendly service to guests when needed.

Join our Housekeeping team at Hyatt Centric Key West and help create exceptional guest experiences by ensuring every room is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. As a Room Attendant, you\'ll play an essential role in delivering the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality our guests expect.

What You\'ll Do

Schedule

This is a full-time, hourly position requiring open availability, including weekends and holidays. Typical shifts begin at 8:30 a.m. and are generally 8 hours, depending on business needs.
