Pyramid Cleveland East Management LLC is seeking a dedicated hotel Housekeeper to join our on-site team. You will maintain guest rooms and public areas to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and safety. Must have the availability to work a flexible schedule any day of the week.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and care in preparing and maintaining guest rooms.
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Commitment to safety standards and reporting hazards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
• Proper utilization of equipment supplies and guest amenities
• Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
• Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following Green Program standards
• Practice safety standards and report hazards
• Respect for guests’ property
• Care of equipment
• Reports to work on time and according to posted schedule, to maintain accurate time records and follows proper standards for issuance of rooms
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to the guests and co-workers always
• Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor

Your Role:

• Reports to work on time and according to posted schedule, to maintain accurate time records and follows proper standards for issuance of rooms
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to the guests and co-workers always
• Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor
