Charter Senior Living is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming resident environment in our senior living community in Kenosha, WI. The role emphasizes attention to detail, compassion, and teamwork, with weekend shifts and flexible scheduling.

As part of our housekeeping team, you will clean resident apartments and common areas, follow infection-control procedures, and help create a home-like environment where residents feel comfortable and cared for.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, environmental services, or senior living experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas on a scheduled basis
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the community
• Ensure all areas remain neat, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests
• Follow housekeeping schedules, infection control, and cleaning procedures
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and community team members
• Support resident comfort and satisfaction through respectful and friendly interactions
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies appropriately
• Help create a warm and home-like environment for residents
