Job summary

RPM Living is hiring a Housekeeper for an on-site role at a Wyoming property. You will maintain the upkeep of grounds, exteriors, leasing office, parking areas, and multifamily buildings, ensuring cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities include routine custodial tasks, grounds work, breezeway cleaning, and collaboration with the maintenance team to meet standards. A flexible schedule including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties in common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal).
• Attend grounds work as directed by Maintenance/Community Manager (trash pickup, power washing, debris removal, etc.).
• Thoroughly clean breezeways and maintain doors/handrails; remove cobwebs and clean lighting fixtures.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth property upkeep.
• Assess property safety and cleanliness to meet regulations and resident well-being.
• Maintain grounds and interiors including painting as needed and distributing notices.

Position Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and multifamily buildings.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain the common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and removing trash
• Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager which may include picking up trash, clean dumpster areas, trash rooms and trash chutes, blowing the parking area and sidewalks, removing debris, power washing, etc
• Thoroughly clean breezeways by removing cobwebs, bugs in lights, mopping floors, power washing, and wiping down doors and handrails.
• Collaborate effectively with maintenance team members, other departments, and external contractors to ensure seamless property maintenance, fostering teamwork and cooperation
• Assess property safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing resident well-being
• Keep property in top-notch condition. This involves maintaining the cleanliness of the grounds, delivering notices to apartments and performing tasks like interior and exterior painting

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or GED – Preferred
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders and access various areas of the property
• May be required to push or pull items and reach overhead
• May be required to bend, stoop or kneel
• May require dexterity of hands and fingers and ability to grasp tools
• Must be able to see to perform inspections and read computer screens
• Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
• May occasionally be required to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Occasionally lifting heavier items with assistance of team members or lifting equipment
• Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment

• This role is based on site and requires that the employee spend time outside with exposure to the elements
• May require working in confined spaces, heights and potentially hazardous areas
• A flexible schedule is required and hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs

Compensation

The anticipated pay range for this opportunity is $22-$24 an hour plus monthly bonuses and competitive benefits package.
