Job summary

Honey Grove Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will clean resident rooms and common areas, sanitize bathrooms, floors, and surfaces, and ensure supplies are stocked.

You should be reliable, able to multitask in a busy setting, and committed to the dignity and comfort of elderly residents. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

• Can meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Shows genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident and facility areas: scrub, mop, buff, polish, dust, and disinfect bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
• Restock supplies: ensure paper products, soap, and other items are regularly replenished.
• Foster a welcoming environment: engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff daily.
