Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for on-site 2nd shift. You will maintain clean, orderly facilities, reset break areas, and ensure a safe environment by sanitizing surfaces and restocking supplies.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, and eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass post-offer drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stock designated areas by dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning restrooms.
• Restock disposables and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers.
• Wipe mirrors, doors, and windows; keep entrances tidy.
• Stock and maintain cleaning supplies; report repairs to supervisor.
• Follow health, safety, and PPE requirements; perform duties as assigned.

The external and internal appearance of the facility reflects on the people who work there, making careful, thorough cleaning and tidying essential. This role supports a safe, sanitary, and professional environment by performing general cleaning, restocking supplies, maintaining assigned areas, and identifying minor repair needs for follow-up.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and supply designated building areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, and related tasks.Ensure cleanliness by taking out trash, tidying break rooms, and dusting surfaces.Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers, and restock disposables such as soap and other supplies.Wipe mirrors, doors, and windows to maintain a clean, orderly appearance.Maintain outer premises by sweeping sidewalks, taking out trash, and cleaning entrances.Stock and maintain cleaning supplies.Cooperate with the rest of the staff and follow all health and safety regulations.Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as needed.Report minor repairs, damages, or maintenance needs to a supervisor or maintenance team member and ensure follow-up when needed.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Benefits: Farmer Focus offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support team members’ health, financial well-being, and professional growth.
