The cleanliness of our hotel is crucial for guest satisfaction and loyalty. Hotel housekeepers play a vital role in this process. We seek detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will create memorable experiences through their attention to detail and care in preparing and maintaining guest rooms. This role is essential in ensuring our guests can relax and enjoy their stay. Experienced housekeepers may have opportunities to advance into supervisory or management roles.

Your Role

• Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
• Work as part of a team to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Keep work areas organized and stocked.
• Properly utilize equipment, supplies, and amenities.
• Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of guest areas.
• Change and inspect linens and towels daily, following Green Program standards.
• Practice safety standards and report hazards.
• Respect guest property at all times.
• Care responsibly for equipment.
• Report to work on time, maintain accurate records, and follow room issuance standards.
• Remain courteous, alert, and helpful to guests and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor.
