Job summary

Brookview Meadows, part of Sonida Senior Living, is seeking a dependable Full-Time Housekeeper in Green Bay, WI. You will keep resident apartments and common areas clean and welcoming, and support laundry and maintenance needs to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our residents and their families.

Ideal candidates have housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and a courteous, resident-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Reliable and able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and ability to interact with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments and common areas per schedule.
• Perform housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the community.
• Complete minor repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Monitor supplies, chemicals, and equipment; report needs.
• Log maintenance requests and follow up to completion.
• Provide laundry services as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting environment for residents.
• Deliver friendly and professional service to residents, families, and staff.

What You’ll Do

• Cleaning resident apartments and common areas according to established schedules
• Performing housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the community
• Completing minor repairs and other maintenance-related tasks as assigned
• Monitoring housekeeping and laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment
• Reporting supply needs and ensuring appropriate inventory is maintained
• Logging janitorial and repair requests and following up to ensure they are completed
• Providing laundry services as needed
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for residents
• Providing friendly, respectful, and exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Has previous housekeeping experience; senior living, healthcare, hotel, or similar experience is a plus
• Takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
• Is reliable and able to work independently
• Has strong attention to detail
• Is comfortable interacting with older adults and their families
• Provides friendly and professional customer service
• Works well as part of a team
