Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long‑term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping, interact with residents and staff, and follow infection control guidelines. Benefits and support are provided to help you thrive in this role.

Starting pay is USD 14.28 per hour, with opportunities for career development and ongoing training. This position requires light lifting and the ability to work in a healthcare setting in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with occupants, administration, and leadership.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds; stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Work around cleaning products.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
• Residency within service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering good service.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required
