Job summary

Copper Springs East Behavioral Health in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for patients and staff. You will report to the Director of Environmental Services and perform daily room cleaning, linen changes, and supply stocking.

The role requires a High School Diploma (preferred) and prior clinical housekeeping experience (preferred). A full-time schedule includes occasional kitchen assistance when needed, and a commitment to following safety

Responsibilities

• Cleans patient rooms and other assigned areas daily, including trash removal and linen changes.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitization of surfaces throughout the facility.
• Stocks supplies in patient rooms as needed.
• Follows policies for patient isolation and safety.
• Reports to the Director of Environmental Services.
• Occasionally helps in the kitchen when short staffed.

How You'll Contribute

A Housekeeper who excels in this role:

• Creates a clean, sanitary, and safe environment while enhancing the appearance of the facility.
• Reports to the Director of Environmental Services.
• Cleans patient rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens, and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Follows established policies and procedures for patient isolation.
• Stocks paper products and other supplies in patient rooms as needed or assigned.
• Maintains carts and equipment in clean, safe working condition and stores them in the appropriate storage area at the end of each shift.
• Performs other non-essential duties as assigned.
• Reviews and complies with the LifePoint Code of Conduct and all applicable Company and Division policies and procedures.
• Occasionally helps in the kitchen when short staffed.
