Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS) is hiring a Housekeeper at Drummer Boy Campground in Gettysburg, PA. You will work with the housekeeping team to keep cabins and common areas clean, ensuring guests have a five-star experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning cabins and common areas, assisting staff, and handling guest inquiries in a timely, courteous manner. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Organizational skills and attention to details.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work weekends, weekend nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy resort areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in cleaning cabins and common areas, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Assist other staff as needed and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Address guest concerns and conflicts with a positive attitude.
• Provide outstanding customer service and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
