Job summary

Truewood by Merrill, Fig Garden is seeking dedicated Housekeepers to support residents in a senior living community. You will clean resident apartments and common areas, ensuring a welcoming and tidy environment for residents and guests.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of housekeeping experience (senior living experience helpful) and may need First Aid/ CPR certification. We offer competitive pay, benefits, meals, and growth opportunities.

Our Housekeepers are responsible for:

• Thoroughly cleaning and providing daily upkeep of resident apartments and common areas.
• Providing a high level of customer service to all residents and guests.

If you are someone with:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to two years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment, preferred.
• Experience working with seniors or in a customer service focused environment helpful.
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 90 lbs), pushing/pulling, and other physical activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
