Fraser Villa is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team in Fraser, MI!

Position: Full Time

General Responsibilities:

• Maintain assigned work areas in a clean, safe, sanitary, and attractive manner, following infection control and universal precautions.
• Ensure supplies are available and properly stored; clean and store equipment after use.
• Report and replace malfunctioning lights and bulbs.
• Clean and polish community areas, including windows, mirrors, walls, ceilings, furnishings, fixtures, ledges, and floors through sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping.
• Perform floor care such as stripping, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting daily.
• Conduct thorough cleaning of rooms before admission or after discharge as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in long-term care or with geriatric populations is preferred
