The position requires a high school diploma or GED and prior housekeeping experience is preferred. You must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and complete annual training.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment make-readies and cleaning of leasing offices.
• Handle trash collections and sanitize common areas including lobbies and hallways.
• Polish and sanitize gathering spaces and public areas.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Housekeeper, Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join our thriving community.

As a housekeeper, you will work under close supervision to help with apartment make-readies, trash collections, cleaning the leasing office, polish, and sanitize gathering and public spaces including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activity rooms, dining rooms, elevators, etc. in order to present the community in a positive and impressive manner for residents and guests. In addition, you will interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
• Able to read, write and comprehend English
