Qualifications

• Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred.

• Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, making beds, etc.
• Provide guests with a "like new" clean
• Provide stayover guests with daily refresh service and second day full cleaning
• Inspect rooms to meet high standards
• Report damages to rooms
• Clean and maintain public areas as instructed by head housekeeper
• Respond to guest requests and complaints with professionalism
• Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
• Clean rooms in a timely manner according to IHG standards
• Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional Housekeeper to join our team. You will be attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests, ensuring that they will want to return and ultimately furthering our reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, making beds, etc.
• Provide our new guests with a "like new" clean
• Provide our stayover guests with daily refresh service and second day full cleaning
• Inspect all rooms and ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards
• Report any damages to the rooms
• Clean and maintain the public areas as instructed by the head housekeeper
• Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary
• Clean the rooms in a timely manner according to IHG standards
