Job summary

Lewisville Estates Senior Living Community is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of residents’ apartments and common areas as assigned.

The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with duties including general cleaning, move-in preparation, and participation in annual cleaning schedules. The team offers competitive pay and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways and common areas.
• Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Participates in annual cleaning schedules.
• Utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.
• Informs supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns.
• Keeps housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order.
• Participates in energy awareness program.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
