Job summary

Charter Senior Living of Fredericksburg is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper with assisted living experience to provide cleaning and housekeeping services for residents and common areas. You will collaborate with the team to ensure a holistic approach to resident care and participate in activities that enhance each resident’s identity and well-being.

The schedule is 7 am to 3 pm with alternating weekends. Prior cleaning experience in commercial or residential settings is required, and employment

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial/residential cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver housekeeping services to each resident.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other team members to maintain a holistic service for each resident.
• Support, introduce, and implement activities that maximize each resident’s identity and interests.
• Perform cleaning for all residences and common areas on a scheduled basis, keeping areas clean, neat, and safe.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The housekeeper is responsible for the delivery of housekeeping services to each resident in the community. You must coordinate and communicate with all housekeeping and other team members in maintaining a holistic perspective of service for each resident. Also, actively engage yourself in supporting, introducing, and implementing activities that maximize each resident’s identity, abilities, and interests. Assume cleaning responsibilities for all residences and common areas on a scheduled basis. Keep all areas of the community clean, neat, attractive, and safe for residents, guests, and team members at all times.

Schedule is 7 am to 3 pm with alternating weekends. At least one (1) year of experience in commercial/residential cleaning.
