Job summary

HCW Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. You will thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, make beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum, and maintain supplies to support a welcoming environment.

You bring strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and in a team, a positive attitude, and the physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

• Assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed.

• Take on additional duties to support hotel operations.

JOB SUMMARY

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Complete daily tasks efficiently, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities.
• Maintain your housekeeping cart with the necessary supplies, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in guest rooms or public areas.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed, including furniture moving, carpet cleaning, and more.
• Provide a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests, addressing any requests promptly.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
