Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper and Guest Room Attendant in Erie to maintain pristine rooms and public areas with weekend availability. You will clean and sanitize guest rooms and baths, restock supplies, and support a welcoming, consistent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or professional cleaning experience preferred — one year preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate

• Deliver the highest quality of hotel housekeeping service to guests in guest rooms and suites
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium hotel standards
• Strip dirty linens, make beds, dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and restock guest room supplies
• Self-inspect completed rooms and report status to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Practice safety standards and help maintain a safe hotel environment for guests and associates

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do

• Deliver the highest quality of hotel housekeeping service to guests — anticipating needs and consistently exceeding expectations in every guest room and suite
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium hotel standards — ensuring every surface, fixture, and amenity is spotless and guest-ready
• Strip dirty linens and trash, make beds, dust all surfaces, vacuum carpets, and restock guest room supplies and amenities
• Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart to maintain an efficient and professional room attendant workflow
• Self-inspect completed guest rooms and submit accurate room status reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor upon completion
• Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe hotel environment for guests and associates
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Successful completion of housekeeping training with certification sign-off
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 25 lbs. occasionally; ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
• Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays as the hotel business needs require
