Healthcare Services Group, Inc. (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will help ensure resident comfort and uphold high hygiene standards, following established cleaning procedures and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and good communication with residents, staff, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required
