Charter Senior Living is seeking a dedicated housekeeper for our Dedham, MA community. The role involves delivering housekeeping services to residents, coordinating with team members, and supporting activities that enhance each resident’s identity and interests.

You will be responsible for cleaning all residences and common areas on a scheduled basis, maintaining a safe, neat, and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. Flexible schedules and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or senior care environments preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with team and communicate effectively.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The housekeeper is responsible for the delivery of housekeeping services to each resident in the community. You must coordinate and communicate with all housekeeping and other team members in maintaining a holistic perspective of service for each resident. Also, actively engage yourself in supporting, introducing, and implementing activities that maximize each resident’s identity, abilities, and interests. Assume cleaning responsibilities for all residences and common areas on a scheduled basis. Keep all areas of the community clean, neat, attractive, and safe for residents, guests, and team members at all times.
