LaurelHurst and LaurelWoods, a Sonida Senior Living community in Columbus, NC, are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe living areas for residents. You will manage cleaning tasks, assist with laundry, and support residents with their daily needs in a respectful environment.

Experience in senior living is preferred. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, reliability, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Familiarizes self with cleaning schedules for residents' apartments and common areas.
• Performs housekeeping and janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned.
• Logs and tracks repair requests and ensures completion.
• Provides laundry services as needed.

Housekeeper Responsibilities include:

• Monitors inventory of chemicals, supplies and equipment needed for laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Familiarizes self with cleaning schedules of Residents’ apartments and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks.
• Performs housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned.
• Assures that other janitorial and repair requests are properly logged and monitors their completion.
• Provides laundry services as needed and/or directed.

• Have experience in senior living or similar environment.
