Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes furnishings, fixtures, and surfaces in residents' rooms and common areas.
• Cleans, washes, sanitizes and polishes bathroom fixtures and removes water marks.
• Cleans floors by sweeping, dusting, damp/mopping, waxing, buffing, and disinfecting.
• Cleans carpets: vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
• Cleans walls and ceilings and removes dirt, grease, and spots with cleaners.
• Disposes of waste and lines trash receptacles with liners.
• Cleans hallways as needed.
