Qualifications

• Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
• No previous cleaning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel rooms to provide a comfortable guest experience.
• Vacuum, change linens, and sanitize bathrooms to keep rooms spotless.
• Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information on request.
• Support laundry and public spaces as needed.
• Deliver friendly, courteous service to guests, with a Service+1 attitude.
• Be prepared to work weekends; ability to walk, stand for long periods, and lift 25–35 lbs.
