Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Charleston, SC is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to keep equipment, amenities, locker rooms, and common areas clean at all times. The role supports a fast-paced gym environment and embodies our community-focused culture.

You will maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and ensure safe, sanitary facilities for members and staff. CPR/AED certification is required, with preference for cleaning experience and a strong, independent work ethic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of cleaning experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Ability to work quickly, thoroughly, and independently.
• Proper knowledge of cleaning materials and chemicals.
• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for an entire shift; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of all equipment.
• Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum assigned areas of the facility.
• Clean and disinfect bathroom areas, shower stalls, and changing spaces.
• Maintain a sufficient supply of towels, tissues, soap, disinfectant throughout the club.
• Empty garbage containers in all assigned areas.
• Ensure storage areas are clean and organized.
• Immediately report any complaints or areas of concern to management.
• Other duties as assigned.
