Job summary

Claremont Nursing & Rehab in Carlisle, PA is seeking a friendly Housekeeping & Laundry Aide to maintain clean, sanitized resident rooms and common areas across all shifts. You will perform discharge cleaning and ensure supplies are stocked so residents feel comfortable and cared for.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas.
• Discharge cleaning to prepare rooms for new residents.
• Dust, disinfect, and wipe down beds, walls, furniture, and fixtures.
• Replenish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
• Follow assigned daily and special cleaning projects.
• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident laundry.

Housekeeping Aide Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas
• Perform discharge cleaning to prepare rooms for new residents
• Dust, disinfect, and wipe down beds, walls, furniture, and fixtures
• Replenish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed
• Follow assigned daily and special cleaning projects

Laundry Aide Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute personal and facility laundry
• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Label and handle resident clothing to ensure proper return
