Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean and safe environments in a long-term care facility. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and strict adherence to safety protocols.

You will contribute to resident comfort and wellbeing while supporting daily operations. Qualified candidates include those with a high school diploma and a positive attitude; COVID-19 vaccination compliance is required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate

USD $16.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.

Additional Pay Information

Offered hourly rates for this position are determined based on applicant qualifications, experience, education, and the specific needs, aspects, operational considerations, and requirements of the facility serviced.
