Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, change linens, dust, vacuum, and clean bathrooms.
• Restock guest room amenities such as toiletries and towels.
• Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining public areas (hallways, lounges, restrooms).
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Provide courteous and professional guest service and handle requests promptly.
• Handle laundry services, including washing, folding, and delivery of linens.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and restock as needed.
• Prepare rooms for new guests to meet hotel cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities for the Hotel Room Attendant, Hotel Guest Room Attendant, or Hotel Housekeeper include:

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.

• Guest Interaction: Provide courteous and professional service, addressing guest requests or concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Laundry Duties: Handle laundry services, including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels.
