Job summary

Crescent Manor is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our 90-bed facility in Southern Vermont. You will collaborate with all departments to support resident comfort and quality of life.

Starting pay is $13.67 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential for evenings and weekends; we offer health, dental and vision insurance, disability coverage, life insurance, paid time off and a 401K with employer contributions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work as a team member.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.
• Removal of trash & soiled linens.

Purpose

The Housekeeper performs assigned tasks in cleaning and maintaining the facility in a safe, sanitary and attractive condition, working in cooperation with all departments.

Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.
• Removal of trash & soiled linens

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Floor Tech Experience / Stripping & Waxing Experience a Plus
• Must be reliable & keep to schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to clean with a keen eye for detail
• Physical ability to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Solid work ethic, with the initiative for quality and customer service.
