Job summary

PARADIGM HEALTHCARE is seeking a full-time cleaning staff member at Paradigm at Bay City in Texas. Responsibilities include dusting, cleaning various areas, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and communicating with residents and staff.

Job Duties

• Dust, clean, wash, and polish furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, equipment, and other areas as directed
• Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, showers/bathtubs, floors, tables, chairs, and countertops
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area as well as cleanliness throughout the building
• Make beds and change linens
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
• Sweep, vacuum, polish and mop hard floors as directed
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste
• Tidy resident rooms
• Communicate and interact effectively with residents, visitors, families, staff, and supervisors
