Job summary

White Lodging in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.

You will clean, sanitize, restock, and report room status; must be reliable, detail oriented, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused service and hospitality mindset.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and thorough in cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding expectations.
• Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.
• Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms.
• Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart.
• Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor on completion.
• Practice safety standards and maintain a safe property for guests and associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
