Job summary

The Waterford on Cooper in Arlington, TX is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe living spaces for residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. You will monitor supplies, perform laundry duties, follow cleaning schedules, and promptly log and complete repair requests, while delivering exceptional resident service and teamwork in a supportive senior living community.

Prior senior living experience is preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living or similar environment.
• Commitment to excellent customer service for residents.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory of chemicals, supplies and equipment.
• Familiarizes self with cleaning schedules of Residents’ apartments and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks.
• Performs housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned.
• Assures that other janitorial and repair requests are properly logged and monitors their completion.
• Provides laundry services as needed and/or directed.
