Job summary

Swedish Edmonds Medical Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Leader to oversee shift operations and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in alignment with the center's mission and values.

The role requires RN licensure in Washington, an accredited nursing degree, and at least one year of leadership experience as a Charge Nurse or similar role. BLS certification is also required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
